After jio’s 1500 INR phone another phone which is affordable by almost anyone in India is the new Xiaomi Redmi 5A the phone will be available at an introductory cost of INR 4,999, for the first 50 lakh buyers. The phone comes in three colours that Xiaomi provides which includes gold, rose gold and dark grey. The phone is a 2GB RAM phone with an internal of 16 GB, which also have a costlier variant of 3GB RAM and 32GB internal made available for a cost of INR 6,999.
The phone has a 5 inch screen which is easily accessible with a single hand and fits an average hand very nicely. The battery is 3000 mAH battery but is non removable, the phone hosts to trays that can be opened up by a pin which is provided in the box. One of the trays is for the SIM and the second tray is for a SIM card and a micro SD card. Both the variants support a maximum of 128 GB SD card.
